Oligo Synthesis Overview
The synthesis of DNA fragments by phosphoramidite triester method has the characteristics of high efficiency and rapid coupling and relatively stable initial reaction. The phosphoramidite triester method is to immobilize DNA on a solid support to complete the synthesis of DNA strands, and the direction of synthesis is from the 3' end to the 5' end of the primer to be synthesized, and the adjacent nucleotides are linked by 3'→5' phosphodiester bonds.
